This cross stitch design was inspired by the Stanley Kubrick movie (based on the Stephen King novel), The Shining.

For the best effect we recommend using aida that is a dark colour such as red. Black would work as well but can quite challenging to stitch on. If the design were stitched onto white aida it may show through especially if you use prefer to stitch with two strands of floss.
